New collaboration will open the way to crane operator training for more people

BMS and the Landsforeningen for PTSD Ramte og Pårørende will work to create better opportunities for a stable working life.

BMS has entered into a collaboration with the Landsforeningen for PTSD Ramte og Pårørende (LPTSD) with a focus on bringing more people closer to the labor market through crane driver training.

Through information and guidance, the target group is informed about the opportunities within the profession and the path to education.

At BMS, trainee crane operators become part of everyday life with clear expectations and step-by-step training in collaboration with experienced colleagues.

This includes, among other things:
• Salary during training
• Practical training in equipment and tasks
• Opportunity for employment after graduation

Experience shows that clear expectations and a practical approach can help create a more stable everyday life.

The collaboration also focuses on making it attractive to take an education as an adult as part of a career change.

BMS is occupational health and safety certified according to ISO 45001, and safety and systems are a natural part of everyday life in the company.
