BMS Esbjerg is providing assistance on WIND PEAK

BMS Esbjerg has been in action with mobile cranes, truck cranes, and truck lifts at Esbjerg Harbour, where we are assisting on the impressive vessel WIND PEAK. Together with CASC, we are helping to install equipment on the ship’s crane, a crucial task that requires precision, teamwork, and powerful machinery.

WIND PEAK is a technological marvel with a deck area of 5,600 m² – nearly the size of a football field – and a crane capacity of over 2,600 tons at 46 meters. The vessel can transport and install seven complete 15 MW turbine sets per load, or five 20+ MW turbine sets at a time. It is designed to accommodate up to 130 people and plays a central role in the green transition of offshore wind energy.

To ensure the work was completed efficiently and safely, we deployed our LTM 1200.5-1 mobile crane with a maximum load capacity of 200 tons. This crane worked in perfect harmony with our truck cranes and truck lifts, demonstrating the teamwork that allows us to handle even the biggest challenges.
