Bodil was hoisted aboard the ship Wind Discovery

BMS Esbjerg has once again been in action at Esbjerg Harbor – this time to assist the impressive installation vessel Wind Discovery from Ziton. The ship has arrived at the harbor, where it will remain until April, and we have ensured that two mobile cranes are ready to support the work on board.

To ensure smooth operations on board, we have hoisted our 130-ton LTM1130-5.1 mobile crane, known as BODIL, onto the ship's deck. Wind Discovery’s own crane is out of service, making additional capacity necessary both on the quay and on board the vessel. With a lifting height of up to 91 meters and a reach of 72 meters, Bodil is a powerful and flexible solution for the task.
